What we Offer

Properties at this level are listed in our network with options for guests to book through provided links. This is ideal for property owners looking to increase their exposure to the specific guests we target and who don’t have a need for guest coordination and co-hosting.

  • We handle the marketing, bookings, and guest communication to streamline the reservation process. From endorsing and promoting your property to managing all guest interactions leading up to their arrival, we coordinate check-in and check-out processes and ensure a seamless experience. Once guests arrive, the property owner and their local team take over to provide on-site support and services.

  • Our Co-Hosting Services ensure a seamless short-term rental experience for you and your guests. We endorse and market your property, manage all guest communications, coordinate with cleaning crews between stays, and provide on-call emergency support. We handle everything related to the guest experience.
